Stephane Trottier is the founder and creative director behind FullView, with more than 20 years of experience designing and building websites, digital systems, marketing technology and business-development solutions for small and mid-sized organizations.
He founded FullView Design Inc. in 2006, initially focused on web design and development. Over the years, the company evolved alongside the web itself, expanding into custom development, digital strategy, search, hosting, automation and increasingly sophisticated business systems. Stephane later established FullView Agency LLC in Tampa, Florida, extending the FullView operation into the United States.
That experience ultimately became the foundation for FullView Cloud.

After spending two decades working directly with businesses, Stephane saw the same problem repeatedly: companies were gaining access to more powerful software, but their understanding of the business was becoming increasingly fragmented.
Website data lived in one place, analytics in another, search performance somewhere else, customer conversations in a CRM, outreach in another platform, financial information in separate systems, and increasingly, AI tools operating without the context held by any of them.
FullView Cloud grew from the belief that the answer wasn't another disconnected tool. It was a platform capable of understanding the business as a whole.

Stephane's vision for FullView is to create an AI-powered operating system for growing businesses — one where every module works from shared context. Rather than simply presenting more dashboards and data, FullView is being designed to continuously understand what is happening across a business, identify what matters, explain why it matters, and help determine what should happen next.
Each module solves aspecific problem. Together, something more.
That philosophy shapes everything from the platform's AI Sales Agent, Website Analyzer and Growth Opportunities engine to Business Intelligence, Revenue Intelligence, Conversations, Analytics and the Executive Assistant.

Stephane remains closely involved in both the product and creative direction of FullView Cloud, including its user experience, visual identity, platform architecture and the way its intelligence is translated into something useful for business owners and their teams.
His approach is informed less by traditional software development theory and more by years spent solving real business problems for real clients. FullView Cloud is the culmination of much of that experience — an attempt to build the kind of system he wished had existed throughout those years.
Three ventures.One direction.
Today, Stephane splits his professional focus between the continued evolution of the FullView businesses and building FullView Cloud into a platform designed primarily for the U.S. market, with the ability to serve businesses more broadly.
Alongside those ventures, he is also a co-founder and partner in Merchant Protect USA LLC, a payment-processing business — a separate venture, but one built on the same instinct: simplify what has become unnecessarily complicated.
I didn't start FullView Cloud because I thought businesses needed more software. I built it because, after more than 20 years working with businesses, I became convinced they needed fewer disconnected systems and a better understanding of what was already happening inside them.
The goal with FullView is to give a business one place where that context comes together, and where AI can finally do something genuinely useful with it.
