Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how FullView — FullView Technologies LLC and its affiliates — approaches information in connection with its websites, products, and services (the "Services").

The Services are designed for business use. Most information handled by FullView reaches the Services because a business chose to submit it, invited a team member, or connected a third-party product it already uses.

NOTE
What this policy is, and is not.

This policy is designed to explain, in clear language, how information moves through FullView.

Specific compliance statements — for example, applicable regulatory frameworks, subprocessor lists, cross-border transfer mechanisms, and retention periods — are addressed in the sections below and in any applicable Data Processing Addendum.

02

Information We Collect

Information handled by FullView generally falls into the categories below. The exact information within each category depends on which parts of the Services a Customer uses.

Account Information
Information provided when creating and managing an account — for example, name, email, and role.
Business Information
Information a Customer supplies about its own business — website, industry, team, pricing, and similar.
Connected Service Data
Information exchanged with third-party products a Customer chooses to connect.
Usage Information
Information about how the Services are used — features accessed, actions taken, and similar telemetry.
Communications
Content of messages sent to FullView through email, chat, forms, or support channels.
Technical Information
Device, browser, and network information automatically produced when the Services are used.

This is not a description of everything a Customer will provide. Individual features may collect only a subset. Some categories may not apply to a given account at all.

03

How Information Is Collected

a.Directly from the Customer

Information provided when creating an account, configuring the Services, or communicating with FullView — for example, through forms, email, or support requests.

b.Automatically when the Services are used

Information generated automatically when the Services are accessed — for example, telemetry about which features are used and technical information about the device or browser.

c.From connected third-party products

Information exchanged with third-party products that a Customer chooses to connect. What is exchanged depends on the specific product and on the permissions granted at connection time.

04

How We Use Information

Information handled through the Services is used to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services. Typical purposes include:

  • delivering the features and modules a Customer has enabled;
  • operating the Services — including hosting, authentication, backup, monitoring, and incident response;
  • improving the Services and building new capabilities;
  • communicating with a Customer about the Services;
  • protecting the Services and Customers against fraud and abuse;
  • complying with applicable law.
05

AI & Automated Processing

AI FEATURES
AI features are assistive and reviewable.

Portions of the Services rely on artificial intelligence — for example, to summarize business signals, prioritize actions, draft content, or produce briefings.

This Policy describes, at a high level, how information is handled in connection with these features. Limits on the use of Customer Data for model training, the vendors involved in model hosting, and Customer opt-outs are addressed in the applicable subscription order and, where relevant, in the Data Processing Addendum.

Automated outputs generated by AI features are intended to be reviewed by a human before being relied on for a decision. The Services provide interfaces for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content prior to any external action being taken.

06

Cookies & Similar Technologies

FullView uses cookies and similar technologies to sign users in, keep sessions active, understand how the Services are used at an aggregate level, and secure the Services against abuse.

The specific cookies used by the FullView websites, together with the choices available to control them, are described in the cookie preference interface offered on the FullView websites.

07

Integrations & Connected Services

When a Customer connects a third-party product to the Services, FullView exchanges information with that product as needed for the connected functionality to work. The exchange is initiated by the Customer and can be ended by disconnecting the product.

Third-party products are governed by their own privacy policies. FullView does not control what happens to information once it reaches a third-party product operated by a different vendor.

08

How Information May Be Shared

  • Within a Customer's own team — for example, with other users invited to the account.
  • With third-party products a Customer has connected — as needed for the connected functionality.
  • With service providers who operate infrastructure on FullView's behalf — under contractual restrictions.
  • When required by law or to protect FullView, its Customers, or the public.
  • In connection with a corporate transaction — for example, a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
09

Data Storage & Security

FullView uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information handled through the Services. The Security page describes the current approach in more detail.

10

Data Retention

FullView retains information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the limited additional periods required by legitimate business purposes — for example, security, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable law.

Retention periods and the process for deletion after an account ends are described in the applicable subscription order and Data Processing Addendum.

11

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the jurisdiction and on how a Customer uses the Services, several choices may be available for managing information. Which of these apply, and how to exercise them, depends on the applicable law and on how the Customer uses the Services.

01
Access
Review the account and profile information stored in the Services.
02
Correct
Update information that is inaccurate or has become out of date.
03
Delete
Request deletion of an account and associated information, subject to the exceptions described in this Policy.
04
Export
Request a copy of information in a structured, commonly-used format where this Policy provides for it.
05
Connect / Disconnect
Add or remove connections to third-party products through the Services' integration surface.
06
Communications
Adjust email preferences for product notifications and marketing communications.

Availability of specific controls depends on the applicable law and on the configuration of the Customer's account.

12

International Users

The Services are provided from infrastructure operated by FullView and its service providers. Information handled through the Services may therefore be processed in countries other than the one in which the Customer is located. The mechanisms used for these transfers are described in any applicable Data Processing Addendum.

13

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed at children. FullView does not knowingly collect information from children.

14

Changes to This Policy

FullView may update this Policy from time to time. When updates are material, FullView will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change — for example, by posting a notice in the product or by sending an email to the account owner — before the change takes effect.

The "Last updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of this document reflect the current version.

15
