Introduction
These Terms describe the rules for accessing and using FullView. By creating an account, connecting a business system, or otherwise using the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Additional documents — including the applicable subscription order, the Privacy Policy, any Data Processing Addendum, and any product-specific documentation — may apply to particular parts of the Services. Where those documents address the same subject, the more specific document controls unless it says otherwise.
Capitalized terms used in these Terms have the meaning given to them in the "Defined Terms" panel above or where they are first introduced in the section that follows.
Eligibility & Accounts
a.Who may use the Services
The Services are offered for business use. Individuals using the Services on behalf of an organization represent that they have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
b.Account registration
Customers may need to create an account, provide accurate information, and select credentials for signing in. Customers are responsible for the activity that happens under their account and for keeping credentials secure.
c.Team members and roles
Accounts may include additional team members. The Customer is responsible for configuring roles and permissions appropriately for its team and for the actions of its team members within the Services.
Access to the Services
Subject to these Terms and to the applicable subscription plan, FullView grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for its own internal business purposes.
- The right is granted for the term of the applicable subscription.
- The right is limited to the products and modules purchased or otherwise enabled for the account.
- The right does not include resale of the Services or the operation of the Services as a service on behalf of unrelated third parties.
Acceptable Use
The Customer agrees not to use the Services in a way that violates applicable law, that infringes another person's rights, or that interferes with the operation of the Services. Examples of activity that are not permitted include, without limitation:
- reverse-engineering or attempting to derive the source of the Services;
- circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage controls;
- using the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law;
- uploading content that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing;
- using the Services to develop or benchmark a competing product.
FullView may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including suspending the account, to protect the Services and other Customers.
Customer Data
a.Ownership
As between the parties, the Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Customer Data to FullView.
b.Use of Customer Data
FullView uses Customer Data to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services for the Customer. The Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the Services.
c.Customer responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data, for having any rights or permissions needed to submit it to the Services, and for configuring the Services in a way that is appropriate for the Customer's own compliance obligations.
AI-Powered Features
FullView may make AI-powered functionality available as part of the Services. The scope, availability, and configuration of these features may change over time and may vary by plan or by module.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting on them or sharing them, and for using the Services in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Services can connect to third-party products — analytics tools, marketing platforms, customer relationship systems, calendars, chat platforms, and similar. Those third-party products are provided by their respective vendors and are governed by those vendors' own terms and privacy policies.
By connecting a third-party product, the Customer authorizes FullView to exchange information with that product as needed for the connected functionality to work. Disconnecting the product stops the exchange going forward.
FullView does not control third-party products and is not responsible for their behavior or availability.
Fees, Billing & Subscriptions
a.Plans and fees
Fees for the Services are described on the FullView pricing page or in an applicable subscription order. Except as expressly stated, fees are non-refundable and are exclusive of taxes.
b.Billing
Customers authorize FullView (or its payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable fees on the agreed-upon billing cycle. Failed payments may result in suspension of the account until fees are paid.
c.Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current term unless another effective date is stated.
Intellectual Property
FullView, its licensors, and its affiliates own the Services and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Services to the Customer. FullView reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
Feedback shared with FullView about the Services may be used to improve them, without obligation to the person providing it.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive information from the other that is identified as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in the circumstances. The receiving party will use the disclosing party's confidential information only as needed for these Terms and will protect it using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of similar sensitivity.
Service Changes & Availability
FullView continuously improves the Services and may add, modify, or remove features and modules from time to time. Where a change is material and adverse to a paid subscription, FullView will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change in advance.
The Services are provided as an ongoing platform. Availability expectations, planned maintenance windows, and status reporting are described on the FullView status and trust surfaces and in any applicable order form.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms in the situations described below — for example, at the end of a subscription term, following a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable notice period, or if required by law.
On termination, the Customer's right to use the Services ends and, following any reasonable transition period made available for export, FullView may delete Customer Data associated with the account.
Disclaimers
Except as these Terms expressly state, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
These Terms describe the limits of each party's liability, including any exclusion of indirect, incidental, consequential, and similar damages, and any cap on aggregate liability, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The specific limits and any carve-outs are set out in the applicable subscription order or in the sections that follow.
Indemnification
Each party's indemnification obligations are described in these Terms — including, on FullView's side, coverage for third-party claims that the Services (as delivered and used in accordance with these Terms) infringe a third party's intellectual property rights, subject to customary conditions and remedies.
Governing Terms
These Terms identify the governing law and the venue for disputes arising out of or relating to them, along with any applicable dispute-resolution mechanism (for example, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction). The specific jurisdiction and mechanism are set out in the applicable subscription order.
Changes to These Terms
FullView may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are material, FullView will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change — for example, by posting a notice in the product or by sending an email to the account owner — before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after an update indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "Last updated" and "Effective" dates at the top of this document reflect the current version.
