Introduction to FullView

The one-page orientation to what FullView is, how it works, and how the rest of these docs are organized.

Last updated · September 2026Slug · /docs/getting-started/introduction

Welcome to FullView#

FullView is the AI operating system for business growth. One platform continuously watches your website, funnel, and market — then surfaces the next move worth making. If you spent the last decade juggling analytics, search, sales, and content tools, FullView is what collapses that pile into a single, shared read of the business.

These docs are the fastest way to understand what FullView does, how the pieces fit together, and how to start using it in your own workspace.

A note on this preview
Documentation for FullView is being built alongside the product. The article you're reading is the design template that every future documentation page will follow — the shape is real, but individual step-by-step procedures for features that haven't shipped yet will land as those features do.

How these docs are organized#

The documentation mirrors the way FullView itself is organized. There are eight top-level sections, each with a specific job:

You can browse the sidebar to the left at any time, or press ⌘K (or /) to open a search palette over any page.

The FullView platform in one page#

FullView has three conceptual layers. Everything you'll read about in these docs sits inside one of them:

01
Signals
Continuous reads on your site, market, funnel and finances.
02
Context
One shared understanding of the business every module uses.
03
Opportunities
The prioritized list of moves worth making this week.
04
Actions
Work that happens — briefings, drafts, outreach, replies.
Every FullView module lives on this chain. Signals feed context, context surfaces opportunities, opportunities become actions.

Modules on top of the chain#

Modules are the surface you actually work in. Intelligence modules (Website Analyzer, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Search Console) sit closer to signals. Growth modules (Growth Opportunities, Blog Automation, Revenue Intelligence, Executive Assistant) sit closer to opportunities. Engagement modules (AI Sales Agent, Outreach Campaigns, Conversations, FullView Engage) sit closer to actions. See Platform Overview for the whole layout.

Tip
You don't need to run every module to get value. Start with the ones that touch the surface you know best — usually Website Analyzer + Search Console for organic teams, Conversations + AI Sales Agent for outbound teams.

Your first steps#

The fastest path from signing up to a useful FullView is five steps. Each has its own dedicated guide — links are inline below.

  1. 01
    Create your workspace
Name your workspace, set your timezone, and pick the modules you want to run first. See Set up your workspace.
  2. 02
    Connect your systems
Bring your website, analytics, and search accounts in. See the Connectors overview for what FullView reads.
  3. 03
    Let FullView listen
The first pass takes a little while. FullView reads what it can find and starts building context.
  4. 04
    Read your first briefing
Once context is ready, your first opportunity brief lands in the dashboard and — if you've opted in — your inbox.
  5. 05
    Work an opportunity
Turn a recommendation into an action. This is where the platform proves itself.

What a workspace looks like#

A workspace holds every module, every connector, and every person who works on this business. Replace this placeholder with a real screenshot as UI stabilizes.

A shared vocabulary#

A handful of terms show up everywhere in FullView. If you learn just these six, the rest of the docs read a lot easier:

  • workspace — the container everything else lives in.
  • signal — one small, timestamped fact about your business.
  • context — the shared understanding assembled from many signals.
  • opportunity — a specific, scored recommendation for action.
  • action — the actual work — a draft, a reply, an outreach send.
  • module — a coherent slice of the platform focused on one job.

Where to go next#

Which page you read next depends on what you're here to do. A few common paths:

Read Platform Overview for the model, then browse the Modules section for anything that touches your team's day. The Customer stories collection outside these docs shows FullView in real use.

  • Platform → Platform overview
  • Platform → Signals, Opportunities, Actions
  • Modules → any that match your team
Warning
Don't copy-paste code from illustrative sections
Any code block on this page is a design placeholder — the real, production-ready examples live in the API Reference and will be generated from the FullView OpenAPI contract when it ships.

Getting help#

A few things to reach for when you're stuck:

Use the search palette (⌘K) to check for related pages, then use the Contact support link at the bottom of every article. A person will read it.
The docs are versioned alongside the product. If you spot a real mismatch, use Report an issue in the feedback block at the bottom of the page — that goes straight to the docs team.
Start with the API Reference. It documents the full authenticated surface. Anything beyond that goes through our support channel.
The Changelog collects every notable improvement, weekly. It's linked from the Resources menu.
